Things to know:
1. All programs begin the following Monday.
2. You will be immediately unsubscribed from your existing plan (so it is best to wait until late in the week to switch programs).
3. You can change programs as often as you like.
4. You can only be subscribed to one program at a time.
5. You can schedule additional workouts under the "Plans" section of your app.
